  1. I don't have a credit card. What are the other mode of payment? Do you accept COD?
    At this time we only accept credit cards as mode of payment. Cash-On-Delivery is also not available.
  2. The App is not working, is there any other way to order online?
    You can also order online using your computer. On your internet browser just go to https://pennington-pizza-grill.restalutions.com and log in to your account to start making an order.
  3. I downloaded the app but I can't see where to log in to my account.
    To login, tap the three line menu found at the upper left corner of the page and a set of icons will be displayed. Tap on the LOGIN icon, enter your account details and hit on Login.
  4. Can I use another credit card to pay for my order?
    To use another credit card to pay for your current order, please proceed to check out and tap on the "PAY WITH A DIFFERENT" button under the payment information section. On the next page, provide the Credit Card INFORMATION and PAYMENT INFORMATION being asked. Once done hit on SUBMIT. The last 4 digits of the new credit card should now be the one displayed under the payment information.
  5. I recently moved, how to update my delivery address.
    To update your delivery address, tap the three line menu at the upper left corner of the page then tap on Account. Key in your new delivery address and once done, scroll down all the way to the bottom and hit on SAVE.
  6. How can I make changes to the quantity of the items on my order?
    To make any changes on the items on your order, go to your cart (order list) by clicking on the cart icon at the upper right corner of the page. Under every item there is a pen icon and a trash bin icon.

    To change the quantity of a particular item, tap on the pen icon and use the minus (-) and plus (+) sign to add or lessen the quantity of the item. Once decided, tap on UPDATE CART button at the bottom of the page.

    To remove a particular item from your order, tap on the trash bin icon and confirm by hitting on DELETE.
  7. How do I replace the associated credit card on my account?
    To replace the associated credit card on your account, tap the three line menu at the upper left corner of the page and hit on ACCOUNT. Under the Default Billing Information section, tap on the "CHANGE" button at the right side of Credit Card. Key in the new Credit Card Information and Payment Information being asked. Once done, hit on the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the page.
  8. Can I have my order delivered to a different address other than mine?
    Yes. Proceed to check out and under the Delivery/Pickup Information, tap on the CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS button. Key in the address where you want your order to be delivered and hit on SUBMIT at the bottom of the page to confirm.
  9. I forgot my password for my account. What should I do?
    In case that you have forgotten your password, please follow this process to gain access to your account.
    1. Tap on the three line menu at the upper left corner of the page and hit on LOGIN.
    2. Tap on "Forgot Password" right above the SIGN IN button.
    3. Enter the email address associated to your account and hit on the SEND AN EMAIL button. An e-mail will be sent to the email you provided containing the temporary password for your account, please have it checked.
    4. Once you have the temporary password for your account, you can go ahead and log in to your account, please be reminded that the password is case sensitive.
    5. Should you wish to change your password into something personal and easier to remember, you can only do this via a computer browser. Go to https://pennington-pizza-grill.restalutions.com and click on log in at the upper right corner of the page. Type in your email and temporary password and click on log in. Since your password is just temporary, you will be prompted to set a new password upon logging in. Type in your desired New Password and type it in again just below of it to Confirm New Password and hit on Reset. You have now gained access to your account with your new password.
  10. I want to cancel my order. There is no option on the app to cancel it.
    Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order using the app. Please check the contact/phone number of the restaurant displayed on the Home page of the app and give them a call right away to cancel your order.
  11. I can't log in to my account. It say's Account Inactive when I tried to log in.
    If this a new account and you just registered, check your email and follow the instruction there on how to activate your account. If this an existing account that you are using before, please give the restaurant a call right away.
  12. Can I change the email address associated on my account?
    Yes. To do this you must log in to your account using a computer or a mobile browser. You can change your associated email address under the Profile Tab then select Profile Info.
